Financial Arrangements
Lake Tahoe Surgery Center accepts most types of
insurance. Preliminary insurance information will
be obtained from your physician’s office at the time
your procedure is scheduled. A Surgery Center staff
member may contact you to discuss your insurance
coverage prior to surgery. Payment of your coinsurance
payment and deductible is expected in
advance of the procedure.
Please be aware that this facility fee DOES NOT include fees for your surgeon, consulting physician or anesthesiologist. Lake Tahoe Surgery Center contracts with the South Tahoe Anesthesia Medical Group. To find out if they are in network with your insurance company, you may call Monox Billing at 800-736-0555.
Some procedures require full payment in advance of the procedure.
